What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

Lost Items:
We are not responsible for items lost in transit. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, we require clear photographic evidence to evaluate the situation. Replacements may be offered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect Address:
We cannot take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate before completing your order, as we are unable to reship items in these cases.

Business Address Orders:
For orders shipped to a business address, the business name must be included at checkout. Failure to provide the business name may result in delivery issues, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Delivery Refusals:
If a delivery is refused by someone at the premises or the package is returned to the sender, the item will be considered lost. Orders are shipped to the exact name and address provided during checkout, and we cannot reship under these circumstances.
