My order was cancelled, what do I do?

As noted in Section 2 of our invoice email and the checkout reminder, please allow up to 24 hours to receive your order confirmation. During this period, your order status may temporarily appear as “cancelled”—this is a normal part of the processing workflow and will automatically be reinstated.

How do I know you received my payment?

You will get an email after payment has been received. The contents of the email will contain ” Your order has been received and is now being processed “ This means we have received your payment and have started packing your order. You will get an email once the item has been shipped.
