Can I return my items?

No, at this stage we do not offer a return address.
This is not only a health risk but a security risk.
At this time, we do not provide a return address for product returns. This is due to both health and security concerns.
Please note that the following reasons are not considered valid grounds for a return or refund:
- Side effects: It is the customer’s responsibility to research potential side effects prior to purchase.
- Product damage: If the bottle was dropped or damaged after delivery.
- Perceived lack of effectiveness: If the product did not meet your expectations, we require supporting bloodwork or lab results to assess whether it performed as intended.
Additionally, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds when the product is functioning as described.
