As noted in Section 2 of our invoice email and the checkout reminder, please allow up to 24 hours to receive your order confirmation. During this period, your order status may temporarily appear as “cancelled”—this is a normal part of the processing workflow and will automatically be reinstated.
If you paid via CoinSpot, please ensure you have clicked the confirmation link sent to your email by CoinSpot. This step is required to authorize the withdrawal and complete the payment process.
